Fluid tech systems initially produced just 100 pumps per month and is now capable of manufacturing 1500 pumps every month.
The designs of rotary gear pumps were altered in order to attain maximum efficiency.
The pumps manufactured at Fluid Tech got CE certified thus enabling easy export of rotary gear pumps in the European regions.
We then moved from manufacturing 500 pumps every month to 1000 pumps per month.
Fluid Tech Systems got awarded with ISO certification.
After producing 100 pumps per month, Fluid Tech Systems started manufacturing 500 pumps every month.
Developed twin gear pumps which can replace triple screw pump with the same functionality, pressure and efficiency.
Stainless steel gear pump, model named “FTSS” was especially manufactured for food & pharmaceutical industries.
Manufactured high precision and fuel pressuring type positive displacement internal gear pump model “FIG” (fuel injection internal gear pump, LDO gear pump, burner firing gear pump, boiler firing gear pump, FIG pump, HSD gear pump, diesel filling gear pump).
From producing fewer rotary gear pumps, we gradually started manufacturing in huge quantities i.e. production of 100 pumps per month.
Fluid Tech Systems started manufacturing compact monoblock versions of gear pumps i.e. pre-lubrication motorized type positive displacement rotary gear pump.
Began producing best quality rotary gear pump along with customization of gear pumps as per customers needs and requirements.
We started manufacturing low-cost, highly efficient and perfectly designed gear pumps along with standardization.
