Molasses Pump, Molasses Gear Pump
Fluid Tech Systems offers the “ROTOFLUID” brand Molasses Pump Model “FTMG” (Molasses Pump, Molasses Gear Pump, Food Grade Gear Pump, Sugar & Syrup Pump, Viscous Fluid Transfer Pump) specially designed for handling molasses, syrups, and other viscous fluids. Model “FTMG” features robust construction with cast bronze or gunmetal pump casing and SS 316 gears & shaft, nitrated for long life and trouble-free performance. The double helical gear design prevents axial load and side thrust, ensuring smooth operation. Sealing is done using GFO Pack Teflon, providing zero leakage and high reliability.
The suction & delivery connections are available in 1" or 1½", depending on the model. These pumps can operate up to a maximum pressure of 10 kg/cm² and temperature up to 150°C, making them ideal for food and industrial applications.
