Why manufacture in India

Lower landed cost without a specification compromise

Our plant is a single integrated site — foundry-sourced castings, in-house CNC machining, assembly and test under one roof. There is no chain of subcontractors between your drawing and the pump that ships, which is what keeps both the price and the tolerances predictable.

25–40% lower unit cost than comparable South Africa-assembled rotary pumps on like-for-like materials
In-house pattern and machining capacity for built-to-print and legacy replacement casings
English-language engineering team on South Africa business hours for drawing review and datasheet sign-off
No minimum order quantity for first-article and trial units

FAQ

What South Africa buyers ask before the first order

What is the realistic lead time to a South Africa dock?

Standard configurations: 3–6 weeks manufacture plus 24–32 days ocean transit, so 8–11 weeks door to door on FOB terms. Air freight cuts transit to 5–8 days for breakdown replacements, and we hold long-lead castings for popular sizes to compress the build window. The committed date appears on the order acknowledgement, not just the quote.

Which standards do the pumps actually comply with?

Rotary pump designs follow API 676 practice, with ANSI/ASME B16.5 flange drilling and ASME dimensional tolerances on machined faces. Quality system is ISO 9001 certified; CE/PED and ATEX configurations are available where the application requires them. Scope varies by series — ask for the certificate list against your specific model number and we will send copies with the quotation.

Can you build to our existing drawing or replace another brand?

Yes. Send the GA drawing, the nameplate photograph, or just the model number of the unit being replaced. We confirm port centres, shaft rotation, mounting footprint and flange orientation so the replacement drops into the existing pipework and baseplate without re-piping.

How do spares and after-sales support work from India?

Every pump is quoted with a recommended spares kit so the wear parts sit on your shelf, not on a container. Beyond that, spares ship by air within 72 hours of a confirmed order, and remote commissioning and troubleshooting support runs on South Africa business hours.

What Incoterms and payment terms do you work on?

FOB Indian port or DDP your address, quoted in USD. On DDP we handle freight, customs clearance, duty and inland delivery. Payment is typically advance or LC at sight for a first order, moving to open account terms for repeat customers and distributors.

Do you offer distributor or private-label programs?

Yes — territory-protected distribution with stocking price levels, co-branded literature and technical training, plus private-label manufacture for OEMs who package our pumps into their own skids. Indicate your interest on the enquiry form and the South Africa desk will send the program terms.

Send us the duty — we will send the selection

Two short steps: who you are, then what the pump has to do. Engineering reviews it within 48 hours.
